Business Model Of Our organization

Sahayatri Consults was registered under the Companies Act as a profit not distributing company. It is registered in VAT. It’s registered address is at Hattiban, Lalitpur. It will manage roster of national and international experts (database of consultants of various expertise) who will be contracted for specific assignments. The business development strategies include: Seeking unsolicited opportunities, responding to call for proposal or consultancy, and conducting various training packages (targeted and open). The profit of the company will be split between growth and expansion of the company, and donation for non-profit and public welfare entities based in Nepal.
Types of services: The company will provide two key types of services:

Training and capacity building: include organizing and delivering trainings, mentoring, coaching, facilitation, etc.

Development consulting: include technical assistance, expert advices, project management, surveys, development research, institutional strengthening etc.

Products to sell: The company will package and sell the following products:
• Holistic Community Development Model- social mobilization by using 12 Cornerstones/PSRP, personal transformation, holistic community visioning, planning, resourcing, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting
• Pro-poor wealth creating value chain: livestock and agri value chain
• Signature project approach for system change
• 4P model (public private producer partnership model)
• Goat abattoir development, chicken hatchery development
• Living income, Monitoring and Evaluation plan package, project design framework, planning and implementation
• Technologies- Community Agro Vet entrepreneurs, community managed genetic improvement of farm animals, fodder/forage development, dairy feeding app, digital training, subclinical mastitis management, virtual collection center app, block chain
• Financial management system for catalytic Leverage Funds.
• Women empowerment, youth engagement
• Partnership development with government stakeholders at different level, financial institutions
• Cooperative capacity development (CAT Tool), institutional strengthening
